Forgecraft Systems is a creator-led holding company that builds brands at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, media, and faith. We design immersive Roblox experiences and UGC, help small businesses grow through modern marketing, and equip everyday people to launch part-time ventures that actually work. Less buzzword bingo, more shipped results.

Our divisions include Bit Drifter Studio (Roblox UGC & games), Money Maker Cafe (coaching for side hustlers), Part-Time Millions (book + program), Startup Sanctum (startup tools & micro-SaaS), Matheo Media (digital marketing), and FaithFront (Christian entrepreneurship). Leadership

Timothy “Tim” Land Jr. — Founder & CEO

Solopreneur, technologist, and builder at heart. Tim brings a Master of Science in Computer Science and a B.A. in I/O Psychology (CJ minor), with deep experience across Python, data science/AI, and software development. He’s led large-scale AV/IT integrations and control systems (design engineering & Crestron programming), managed high-performing operations in the franchise world, and serves as a Baptist minister—which is why our companies stress integrity, clarity, and service. Tim’s superpower: turning messy ideas into practical systems people can use.

Paul Sabaj — Partner & Strategist

Entrepreneurship coach, content collaborator, and program strategist across Money Maker Cafe, Part-Time Millions, and Startup Sanctum. Paul focuses on offer design, curriculum flow, and execution discipline—the “how we ship” behind the scenes. He co-develops workshops, case-study content, and coaching formats that help clients move from theory to traction.
